The talk program “Discovering Relations - Love and Free” welcomes gay, lesbian, transgender, polyamorous other couples that are in the process of building romantic relationships despite having various individual concerns. We would like to offer a time of cheerful exploration and discussion about the same yet different forms of ‘love’, including the idea of love, the feeling of ‘intimacy’, sexual attraction, and cohabitation.

Newly starting at the 8th DIAFF, ‘Correspondence Exchange Project’ was joined by four of DIAFF’s advisory committee members (KIM In-sun, SUH Kyung-sik, LEE Jong-chan, and JUNG Jieun) from three different countries, South Korea, Japan, and Germany. Through the DIAFF newsletter, these four members have exchanged experiences and thoughts regarding issues on diaspora. With the wish to share these letters with the vast majority of the visitors, the letters exchanged between the 4 advisory committee members will be displayed in the Square1 Culture Hall (4F of Square1.) We hope that the letters displayed will prove an opportunity for everyone to develop their ideas of diaspora.
