‘Film, SOLAN’ is a short film production workshop for immigrants. Participants can experience the entire filmmaking process, from script writing to shooting and editing, and ultimately direct films that respect the life stories of immigrants in Korean society. The films produced during the workshop will be premiered at this year's festival.

Synopsis

Yulia, a Koryo-saram who has spent years struggling to survive in Korea, finds herself burnt out and emotionally exhausted. One day, an unexpected visitor—an odd woman named Jae-hwa—shows up at her door.
Strangely, Jae-hwa asks Yulia to be her tour guide in Seoul, despite being complete strangers. Reluctant and confused, Yulia is at first hesitant. But drawn by an inexplicable pull, she puts her work on hold and sets off on a journey with Jae-hwa.
